This is the side entrance to the Beechworth Courthouse. Prisoners would have entered through this door and then into the holding cells to await their trial. The windows to the female holding cell (left of the door) and the male holding cell (right of the door) can be seen. To the north is the Sub Treasury, with the Timber Lock-up behind it.
