On the side of the Epistle (right side) next to the main Chapel is the chapel of the Blessed Sacramento, in which front of the altar is represented the church's triumph scene, enthroned in a car led by truth and innocence. The Creator of this work was João Pereira dos Santos who carved in Madeira this scene copied from a famous picture of the Flemish painter Rubens (16th century. XVI-XVII).

It follows the chapel of the sacred heart of Jesus with the respective image; In a safe on the altar are stored the remains of S.Tiago intercised.
