Daniel A. Carrion Street is parallel to the main, runs along the western side of the city, overlooking the hill Naranjo and River watershed Lampanín. From the point where it is now the photographer leave a street newly opened towards the Plaza de Armas, thus becoming an extension of the street Mariano Melgar (the municipal building). This has expropriated the former home of Don Miguel Gutierrez.
