It's a former symbol of the Belarus 2014 Hockey Championship. Was built on the southern edge of Minsk. It planned to use it for hockey battles but it seems to be that almost all battles were in Minsk Arena that nearer to the city center and has got better communications like bus, tube train, trolleybus. A lot of money were spent from budget and our taxes for this building but not all useless - some money spent to upgrade landscape, park zone, contiguous roads and buildings repair. Of course now we don't need this huge monster on the city edge and nobody know what to do with big parking zone and two arenas because we have not so many hockey fans who want to play hockey in reality than watching it on TV sucking beer, cursing each other
