Encountering the first rock formations and boulders along the trail up the Rucu Pichincha volcano near Quito, in Ecuador. The path runs through the wild and austere landscapes of the Andes mountains, partially covered with clouds. Definitely a must-do hike in Quito, but the altitude is challenging.
