Panorama of the historic Kapellbrücke, water tower and river frontage in Lucerne, Switzerland. Seebrücke which translates to Lake Bridge, connects the old part of the city of Lucerne with the new part. The bridge offers outstanding views over the river Reuss and the historic Kapellbrücke (Chapel Bridge) from the 14th century. The prestressed concrete bridge built from 1994-1996 is 26.71 metres wide and 157.32 metres long.
