Twice a year, the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) releases water from Lake Nockamixon into Tohickon Creek. This brings white-water boating enthusiasts to the river to enjoy the whitewater. November 7th, 2020 was a particularly beautiful day with temperatures up to 76F/24C which brought out many boaters.
