Gigapixel view from the summit of Granite Peak (elev. 8,091') in the Trinity Alps Wilderness north of Weaverville, California.  Here one can see nearby Red Mountain & Middle Peak in the Red Trinities w/ a large fog inversion layer covering Trinity Lake below.  Views of Mt. Shasta, Lassen Peak, Monument Peak, & the White Trinities.  A fire lookout was established here since at least 1931 on the false summit just to the south but it is long gone now.
