Avar age graves and skeletons - A young man's skeleton
Szeged

Onto Avar age graves and a late bronze Szeged Móra Ferenc Museum archaeologists happened upon the residues of an age settlement on the area of the former Szőreg sand-pit.

Altogether six, the seventh Avar age one deriving from eighth century cry in the course of the artefact rescuing excavation being attached to the building of the Szőreg leisure centre and a late bronze the residue of an age settlement, some produce containers a pit turned up – Balogh Tibor said it excavation leader archaeologist.

The substance of graves remained exceptionally in the good state spectacular. One of the young persons – ten-fifteen year ones – the crock which can be said to the customary one is growing from a grave hiding his skeleton and was made of an animal bone a reel button turned up beside objects and one nicely wrought, bone needle holder. The man graves – that deceased hide his skeleton between twenty and forty of their year ages – a bronze mounting belt was found in one though.

Onto the leather sewed metal ornamented a belt with ornaments presumably the youngster may have obtained it when he ripened into a man – the specialist announced it.
