The city government, to promote the development of movie industry, established the Black & White Exhibition Hall at the True Love Harbor in Yencheng District. The hall was designed as a police station; it was the main shooting scene of "Black & White" the popular TV series and movie. The movie, a continuation of the TV series with the same title, became a blockbuster soon after it was screened in 2012. Inside the exhibition hall, there are interactive game zone such as gun shooting and crime scene investigation that are related to the movie. In addition to the realistic representation of a police office, the ample plaza next to the hall, extending to the waterfront with romantic ambiance, is also a main attraction.
