The Breakwater, in the left corner of Beach bar, near the Morro Joatinga, is a meeting point for surfers because of the good waves, but treacherous. The more experienced always warn to beware of the sea, especially after rainy nights, leaving the busiest tide the next day. The site also conducive to fishing, but a tip is to fish at night, have not to conflict with surfers, swimmers or divers who also explore the site.
