Inside the west entrance of West Ice Cave, a lava tube located in a deep collapse pit south of Medicine Lake, California. The cave is a low squeeze into this room w/ a solid ice floor. Leftover snow guards the entrance w/ old wooden planks nearby. Past the two boulders in the darkness is a squeeze to a sloped ice floor leading into the main formations of the cave.
