The houese Sonnenber (Sun Mountain) was biult in 1770 as a Bernese country style house with arched windoes under a broad projecting roof.

In the picturesque garden there are a gravel-covered terrace with a balustade system found in sandstone and a garden pavilion.

The composer, painter and writer Peter Mieg lived in the house Sonnenberg at Lenzburg Castel Hill from 1939 until his death in 1990.
