Traditional Romanian foods store about an hour drive from the city. Middle of nowhere. The guy is Romanian and worked in U.K. Came back and learned butchery. Ended up building a company that exports Romanian meats and preservers to fifteen countries. He has his own high tech hog farm, butcher shop, processing and smoking plant, stores, and online and export business. Crops and fruit go to hogs or preserves. Here is flagship store was designed by an architect to look like an American train station. Which it certainly does outside. Inside is world class. In the tiny village to encounter it unexpectedly was mind boggling.
