Moon World Mud Volcano, Tianliao
Taiwan

Mud volcanos are not true volcanos but fault zones as well as fracture zones. Mud and gases are released from the surface at the same time, and the surface deposits. When mud continuously emerges from mud fumaroles, the surface gradually ascends from the ground level. Eventually mud flows over the surface with large bubbles like those in boiling water.
