The lighthouse on the main bridge Podersdorf, located right in the middle of the resort, was built as a landmark, and for storm warnings for the water sports as part of the redesign of the 2 km long bathing beach. The Leuchtturmwart Friedrich Kummer is a regionally well-known and original host.
