Situated just behind the Almshouses, this church had a Lychgate erected in the memory of Reverend Gerard Hoare, his Grandfather and two Uncles, all Rectors of Godstone for more than a century (1821 – 1930)

The Church was restored in 1978 to commemorate the 50^th anniversary of the ordination of Canon K G Hoare (Rector 1955 - 1965)
