This obversation tower looked great from ground level but was one of the worst obversation towers i have ever been to ( sorry Tokoro Town ).

After climbing the 120 + steps this was the main "viewing" area. Couldn't see much which is evident on my friends expression here in the pano. 

Anyway interesting spot and amazing scenery - worth a vist but maybe not this "observation" tower.
