Middelburg is the capital of Zeeland. In the old towncentre you can find this beautiful abbey and the high church tower Long John; it's one of the highest church towers in The Netherlands. You can climb the tower and on a clear day you can see the whole peninsula of Walcheren. 90,5 meters high and 207 steps to go!
