The Amper flows from the Ammersee and drains into the River Isar. Outside the partial closing from 1.3. to 15.7. it is ideal for a boat trip with children, e.g. for boat trips from Stegen near the Ammersee, passing by Grafrath and Schöngeising to Fürstenfeldbruck.
