Benton alluvial fan (aerial)
California

A 400' aerial view outside of Benton, California showing a vast alluvial fan that comes out of the White Mountains by Montgomery Peak.  Not even this height does justice for the amount & size of the mass wasting that has eroded from a single gully.  Almost all of the White Mountains running down past Bishop has many alluvial plains & fans exiting from deep gullies.
