Anscheinend hat auch Barack Obama, Präsident der Vereinigten Staaten von Amerika, seine Wurzeln in Besigheim. Ein Vorfahre auf seiner Mutter’s Seite, Johann Conrad Wölfle, wurde im Jahre 1729 in Besigheim geboren.
