The panorama depicts an area in the High Fatra in Slovakia, which is part of the Charpatian Mountains range. The spot is just above a unique mountain hotel recently renovated and as such an ideal hub or stop for hikers in the area. The source of light on the horizon is the city of Banska Bystrica.
