Blackaller Weir Exeter
England

Blackaller Weir is very popular with kayakers, particularly when the River Exe is in flood. Above it is Millers Crossing, a cable stayed bridge over the Exe which forms part of Exeter's excellent cycle network.

Opened in late 2002, the bridge features two 6 metre (20') mill stones as anchors for the structure; these echo the mills that used to operate on this section of the Exe in times gone by.
