Built on the mountain, next to the ruins of the castle of Aracena, we find the Prioral Church of Our Lady of Greater Pain.
On July 25, 1995, it was declared a cultural interest (B.I.C.).
It was completed in the 15th century and is late Gothic.
This temple has three naves of the same height, polygonal presbytery and with choir at the feet. They emphasize the ribbed vaults of starry outline in their interior.
