Caused by oxidation of different metals on the side of a mountain this area looks like the different colors on an artist´s palette. It can be reached via the Artist´s dDrive, a one-way street which starts and ends on the Badwater drive. The entrance is more south than the exit. The Artist´s drive itself is a nice winding street and quite some fun to drive.
