This beach is located near the port city of Igoumenitsa in the prefecture of Thesprotia. Its very shallow waters make it ideal for small kids. Water is warm due to its shallow depth and a few trees provide shade. The word drepano means sickle and its obvious on the map that its shape is where the name comes from. Looking west the island of Corfu is visible throughout the horizon.
