This panorama was taken in San Juan, Puerto Rico at the Fuerte San Felipe del Morro, otherwise know simply as "El Morro". It was a cloudy day which was great for the cloud effects as well as for having few people at in the pano. The view is of the fort's lighthouse built in 1908 as well as a sentry box know as a "garita".
