On one of the highest hills in Yopal stands 'The Mount of Jehovah' ('El Monte de Jehová') becoming increasingly famous for its iconic sculpture: 'The Largest Bible in the World,' carved into a gigantic rock with the verse Mark 12:30. This place has been built in honor of the Christian faith. Next to the Bible, there is a sculpture of the Tablets of the Law, and a very special prayer spot on a beautiful lookout point from which you can see Yopal and a large part of the Eastern Plains. On this hill also stands a tower of great importance for the city in terms of telecommunications, housing several antennas that enable radio, television, and internet connectivity for both rural and urban areas.
