Peer over the edge of Cañon Torotoro and admire the vast space left behind by time. As the eastern side of the South American tectonic plate pushes this national park higher in altitude the river erodes the canyon deeper. Over the millions of years it has carved this valley leaving its caves and scars behind on its steep walls.
