Gigapixel view from the summit of Pt. 7,070 (elev. 7,070') west of Dunsmuir, California.  The mountain is easily accessible from the Gray Rock Lake trailhead, to which one can ascent up the open south side from Timber Lake.  Views are expansive from Mount Shasta being prolific to the northeast, Lassen Peak in the distant southeast (along w/ the impressive Castle Crags in the foreground), the Trinity Alps to the southwest & Mount Eddy to the northwest.  Gray Rock Lake & Upper Gray Rock Lake are visible facing Pt. 7,200 as they are thinly frozen over.
