The Charlottenplatz is one place in Stuttgart with nearly the most traffic.
It is a crossing in two levels of two main roads. Also the is a crossing of two city railway tracks.
On one side of the road you can see the Wuerttembergische Landebilbiothek the main library of Baden Wuerttemberg and the library of the city of Stuttgart. On the other side you can see the new castle (Neues Schloss) and the Landtag the regional parliament of Baden Wuerttemberg.
