Rockwood Park is enjoyed by hikers, walkers, joggers, skaters, swimmers, canoers, kayakers, golfers, bird-watchers, animal lovers, horseback riders, cross country skiers, berry pickers, dogs, geologist, and anyone that just enjoys the out doors.

Rockwood Park has a 10 fresh water lakes and over 26 km of trails.

Fisher Lake has a trail going all around it. As the name implies fishing often happens here. There a couple of beaches for swimming. Fisher Lake Drive tells the story of Canada's Confederation. Every Providence has a location along the drive. At this spot it states when New Brunswick entered into the Confederation.
