RTL is one of the bigger broadcasters in Germany. They have offices in the Charles-de-Gaulle square, which was a part of the old exhibition centre in Cologne. The massive court yard has a plastic foil roof (with wires to strengthen it). This roof is partly open on the sides so even in summer it is quite OK in there. The garden you can see are thriving!!!
