Sebastianplatz is the main square of Brig in Upper Valais in Switzerland. A charming square with its imposing palatial mansions, A fountain located in the square features the statue of Chávez Brunnen, which pays homage to the aviator Jorge Chávez, who was the first to fly over the Alps in 1910, departing in Brig, the flight however had a Tragic ending, the wind broke the wing and the monoplane crashed close to landing in Italy, killing the aviator. The fountain was inaugurated on the centenary of the fatal pioneering flight in 2010. In this square there is also the chapel of St. Sebastian, which gives the square its name.

A fonte foi inaugurada no centenário do voo pioneiro fatal, em 2010.

Nesta praça também existe a capela de São Sebastião, a qual dá nome à praça.
