Panama: Casco Viejo a World Heritage close to the Panama Canal. Lots of interesting an colorful buildings, nice restaurants and a 1600-feeling when walking around. Very picturesque workshops, houses and inhabitants.

Local legend says that during one of pirate Henry Morgan attacks, the altar was painted black to avoid it being stolen. Please: if you have more correct information about the position (Log/Lat) let me know - I will correct them.
The altar is actually made of wood but covered with a thin layer of gold.
