The interior of Bate Mill engine house near Chelford in Cheshire.  The engine has long been disused and the mill no longer operational. The engine house has not worked for many years and the interior is now a haven of bird life. On this particular trip the owner took the opportunity to show me a rare sight of the mill's water wheel turning.
