Located above Room 2, the VIP Terrace was designed as a technical area that visitors would not have access to. During the construction phase, Rem Koolhaas ended up, however, deciding to include this space in the public route of the House, as an interior square. For this reason, the wall on the left side was not raised to the top and on the right side there is no wall, only glass guards.
