The end (or start if you want to decend into Banshee canyon) of the Rings Loop trail at the Mojave Preserve.

The Rings Loop trail is a trail located in the Mojave National Preserve.  The trail is 1.5 miles long starting (or finishing) at the Hole in the Wall visitors center.
