The Tasmantoren ("Tasman-tower") is a residential tower located in the Dutch city of Groningen and was completed in 2010. It is named after the Dutch explorer Abel Tasman. The arch-shape makes the Tasmantoren a unique structure and because of its height of aproximately 75 meters it is 25 meters higher than the famous Arc de Triomphe in Paris.
