Spindle Cave is located south of Medicine Lake, California.  It is a short lava tube only a couple hundred feet in length.  It has a small crawlway upper entrance along w/ two skylights, this view facing the middle opening w/ a rough aa floor.  There is some stooping & crawling involved to explore the entire thing.
