Balboa Park is the jewel in the heart of San Diego, California, USA. The Bea Evenson Fountain is located near the Reuben H. Fleet Science Center and the San Diego Natural History Museum. Ms. Evenson was instrumental in raising funds to restore such areas in the park as the Casa Del Prado and the Organ Pavilion. The fountain was designed by modernist, architect, Homer Delawie and was built in 1972. It is a popular place to have your picture taken.
