View from atop Big Hill (elev. 6155') in the Sierra Nevada foothills near Union Valley Reservoir, California.  One has a decent view of the Crystal Range to the east as well as many granite outcroppings & domes.  To the west is the hazy Central Valley.  This fire lookout was built in the 1990s & replaced the original one that burned down in the Cleveland Fire of 1992.
