Chervonogorod, Nirkiv, the Castle. At the bottom of the tower.

Two round Gothic crenellated tower at the bottom of a giant crater - the remains of an ancient castle Chervonograd, whose history begins with the IX., When there existed the ancient Russian settlement Cherleny town (later called him Chervonogorod, Chervonogrud, Chervonograd). In 1351 Russian-Lithuanian princes Koriatovichi (Koryatovicha) built in Chervonogorode wooden castle for protection against the Tatars. In the beginning. XVII. Royal elder N.
