大连人民广场,位于大连市中山区，总面积12.5万平方米，其中草坪面积4万平方米。这里是大连的行政和司法中心，大连市人民政府、法院、检察院、公安局坐落在广场上。人民广场，是市级行政机关集中的城市中心广场，以南北相呼应的苏军烈士纪念塔和市人民政府大楼形成的中轴线为对称布局，市级主要于道--中山路在广场中部与南北轴线垂直通过。
