A 300' aerial view overlooking Mammoth Crater just outside of Lava Beds National Monument near Tulelake, California.  The area has become wide open since the Antelope Fire ripped through the area, burning 145,632 acres.  Usually this area is snow-blocked however without the trees it has full sun exposure.
