緊鄰福隆海水浴場旁的紅瓦白牆建築，就是東北角暨宜蘭管理處及福隆遊客中心的所在。福隆遊客中心的建築物分為1、2樓，主要提供東北角海岸的自然生態、人文史蹟、旅遊景點等各種資訊的展示及解說。
