廣善堂建於1915年，原本主要供奉關聖帝君，後漸漸成為地方鄉紳聚集舉辦宗教演講、結社活動的所在，在日據時代漢人風俗文化的傳承上，有重要的地位。近百年來，美濃地區的儒家信仰，皆是以廣善堂為中心往外拓展。廣善堂建築本體為中式寺廟風格搭配日治時期工法，旁有宣講堂，建於1948年，週邊環繞綠地及舖石子路，環境清幽，殊聖莊嚴。
