The Hochleckenkogel is a 1691 m high mountain in the Höllengebirge (literally: Hell mountains) in the Salzkammergut region of Austria. In addition to the summit cross, one can also find an old surveying stone on this mountain, which served as a reference point for astronomical and trigonometric measurements during the Franziszeische Landesaufnahme in 1811.
