紅毛港文化園區的天空步道，是紅毛港文化園區的指標性景點之一。前身是台電大林火力發電廠運煤的輸送帶，拆除外面藍色的帷幕後，留下支架部分，整建成一條長長的步道，明亮的白色外殼，橫跨整個文化園區。從步道可以俯瞰整個園區，亦是欣賞落日的最佳景點。在最高樓層的則可以看到大船駛入港口的景象，甚至可以看到小琉球的身影。
